Police over funded? Really???

I truely believe our local (Madison, AL) police need that new Z06 Vette they are driving!!!!!!

Who gives a damn that teachers are under paid and schools are closing due to funding issues!

Besides, it's my understanding the chase laws limit police to around 100mph.

Hmmm. Coulda bought several 14's instead....

I hate to sound like a reactionist but something very fishy is going on in this country lately. When I was younger I used to have private casual conversations about this topic with just a few people because it felt kinda conspiratory to even think it. But now every time I turn around someone's implicating someone in some greedy happenings. Just sad that as American's we can't get mad about it openly with out the news making you look like a fruitcake. And yes we need to give up on this 'war on drug(anything)' train of thought since it has done nothing but make things worse. And then you hear about drug lords from Mexico taking people's houses by force on the border in the US and we are at war off in some country far far away. Our priorities are all messed up if you ask me.

True story: I work in a town that has 3 police cruisers and only 2 policemen on duty at any given time! True!
But which politician wants to be the one saying that we should reduce funding going to "first responders"?!

They threaten our local city union workers with the fire and police cuts all the time.
