40's now can retire at 55. Them I am following suit!
Now that's my idea of retirement planning

Yah, Retirement killed my father, it will not be me. I am going to have something to look forward too and some part time work to keep the mind busy when I'm off the bike.
That's the plan.
Lottario, 649 or lottomax may bring retirement early. If this will be my fate I will join you on some trips. I am dreaming about The Ilse of Man TT (like every year)!
Cheers bro!

Other than no more working for $$$ , my life is pretty much the same as before retirement. I exercise my aging body and mind by riding, bicycling, and kayaking all summer, plus much skiing and snowshoeing all winter. In addition, I design and build sea kayaks while also maintaining a 500 page kayak building website plus answering countless e-mail boat building questions year round.
There never seems to be enough hours in the day ... and I reckon that's a good thing

One of my Sea Flea "kids" kayak designs at the Great Wall, China.
A Sonnet 16 folding kayak built in Germany.
A Sea Glider "rolling kayak" from Normandy, France.

Ha! Damn Dave, sounds a lot like all the roads around my place. I'm an expert when it comes to straight roads and 90 degree intersections. Hell I don't know if this motorcycle can even make it around a curve or not! Lol

D905 and roads, yeah bro! Riding with you yesterday was a pleasure especially since you hunted out some twisties...even if short it was very enjoyable.
