Funny over here in Australia, if they can't get you for illegally warning others (flashing your high beams), they'll do you for "failure to dip your lights to oncoming traffic". I've even heard it suggested once that removing your hand from the bars to warn others (head patting) is "driving with undue care and attention", or "driving in a manner dangerous". All you'd have to do to disprove that one is to demonstrate a one handed wheelie (preferrably indicating to the sky with one finger on the way past), thus proving no danger existed from patting your head. lmao
