Butter, garlic, onions, red wine, brown, braise in wine, just bubblin, bout three on a gas stove, 2 hours, rabbit falls off the bone, wine makes a great gravy when thickened with either the puréed veg, or, a slurry of 1-tblspn flour, 1 knob butter, simmer to reduce. Base of rutabaga puree, rabbit, gravy.

Interesting ride tonight - I'll let Wolf elaborate if he so desires....
Met Cliff downtown, AJS was down as well as Dave 905, Wolf, Fazer and I. Was a pretty good turnout.
We kind of took it ez tonight - didn't really light it up too bad.
Met up with the guy who bought my red 2010 14. Paul - He's a good guy - told him about the site, he should be joining soon. Wish we had a few of you hardcore enthusiasts to ride with up here... Cblast, Bobby, a bunch of you guys seem like good sh*ts.

Great to see everyone! Mad appreciate the outing. Next bike night I am calling a meeting at Tim Hortons. Meeting is set at 830 pm. The first 20 minutes will be in camera, so no prospective members or hang arounds are invited to attend. I suggest all members attend, so AJS, Dave, Beast, Myself, any prospective members or folks interested in the 14 Nation Riding club are invited to attend at 855 pm.
This is a mandatory get together if any "Core" members cannot attend we can reschedule. Please RSVP!
