So we know that Power Pures will hold if you have the skills to lean them to the edge. The Power 1s I had didn't as sticky as some of the other tires I used in the past. Maybe those are too track oriented. Hope i didn't go and turn this into a tire thread

Best I could do... These were Pilot Road 2's...
My knee barely hit before the body...
Think I FINALLY got rid of the strips after that day....

mrwoo you have a beautiful bike, don't be in a hurry to crash it. I like to push mine hard, but its an 07 that's been paid off for years. I think your rear tire looks about perfect.

I can melt the rear all the way to the edge making rubber crispy and front tire cupping - the front still has a small strip. This with stock profiles.
Don't worry......just ride.....
