RE: 2 reasons you shouldn't buy a 14R

I hear someone took a late model Busa, gave it a little once over. Had one of the h0t-regs ride it. Came close to the R's numbers. So, ass embarrassing a new bike, as anemic as the latest model of the BusHA, I think under all that hype, the top whatever shelf K is calling this R bike, that Solo racing heritage is tweaking out enough to cancel my call of the rotation.
I'm not going to be this close, find the Busa may or may not step up to the plate. And I'm sure not about to spend thousands more to catch up to a stock busa with all the bits coming with thatoy. Like I said, color is not my game. You can't go wrong with any color that came out, you look back. I expect nothing but those subtle mods you just cannot see [part for part] unless you pull each apart and match every nut and bolt from one [year] to the other.
Those that started modding things on their bike [watt??] takes out maps? I'm questioning that. There has to be a wire whack to one of the 3-V-Loops. Mother T can do a few things, like make that bike run like a jalopy to mess your mod up? Interesting. If they have the 6th locker going... It's too in depth to start guessing, watt if? I've beaten up my ECU and I have all mapping. Could be a limp where K says, no plug here or this happens. This damn bike is to electronically balanced you go messing with a resister drag on it.
And yes, I may have a try on about 3 combinations to the idle sensor; right off the bat.

The thread is fine Kruz.Nothing needs to be deleted,or stopped. It's going just as it should.Don't YOU start panicking...you're too young for that.Besides..you're needed around here. The 'credibility' of this forum isn't going to change cause some midlife crisis guy spun a bearing.
Green, everything is cool now, I think cabin fever is just starting to get to all of us, I hate the winter.
Relax and focus on getting through to the spring, you're new bike will be broken in and ready to nail some of those sweet, triple digit sweepers.
I hope everything is going well with your mom....take care!

Thank you Kruzerman.Sincerely...My Mom is actually starting to slip farther away...tonight has been 'difficult' trying to know what to do.I think I'm going to need to get some professional help for myself in dealing with what's happening.I honestly fear she's leaving reality more than ever. And I really don't know what I can do...except keep being close to her.IDK.There may not be any riding at all this coming year...I'm okay with it.It's WAY down on the 'to do' list..I really at this point don't see much light for any forays now....this keeps up as fast as it seems to be accelerating,I'm gonna have to find some way to be here all the time. That'd mean ending my job..something.Never been here before. And I'm really feeling some serious heartache about what's happening with her.I've never seen her like this. This is definitely going to be the hardest year of my life(and hers)...I can tell ya that right now.It doesn't look good my man.

I feel for ya Green, lost my mother to a stroke a few years ago. My daughters and I drove from Dallas to Las Cruces NM, over 10 hours and she passed away five minutes before we got there. I'll never forget that.
There'll be lotsa sunny days again Green, you'll see... and plenty of riding to do. Why do you think the GOOD LORD blessed you with that new rocketship! HE knows what you like....lol! Enjoy!
Be there for your mom, we only get one and when she's gone there'll be no one else like her.
My apologies for my part in this thread, it was totally wrong!
Peace out bro!

Sincerely hope that you are able find competent professional help during this trying time... It is painfully obvious that what is going on right now is more than you can handle on your own.
That sounds cold, but it is truth.

I'm gonna do something here real quick Dogo.I have to.It's affecting everything around me.My joy at my job is disappearing...I don't feel okay here cause I don't know how far away she is from maybe a total breakdown or something.
My Dad...died of Dementia. He was slippin away from us pretty fast, but the one day that just kicked his thing into 'high gear' was when he was in the bathroom.and had what looked to me like a stroke or something.I went in there and he was on the floor kickin and flailin his arms like he was tryin to get back up.Course...he didn't really know anything was happening to him(I don't think he did).I rushed him to the hospital....they admitted him into this dementia unit the next day.He died over there one year after he got there.I tried to see him every day.His last night,he died at like 12 something....we had just left and gotten home. Then we got the call.Bummer....big time.Very sad to see my Pop goin away like that. Now I'm seein some of the same or similar stuff starting to happen again.
I'm not puttin my Mom in some unit somewhere...when she leaves this life...she leaves it from her home.Unless it just can't possibly be like that.Right here. Not some hospital ward somewhere.
I don't want to bring you guys down.Things'll be what they're supposed to be.Pain or not...it's got to happen. No gettin around it.

No Dogo, Greens gonna be just fine, he's in good hands. If there's anyone to blame here it's me, I'm the one who started this whole thing and kept pushing the right buttons to keep it going. Why I did it I don't really know. That's something I'll just have to work out for myself.

I disagree... but for the sake of things getting back to "normal" around here, I will leave it at that.

Blame doesn't matter. Not one bit.It was supposed to happen the way I see it.Exactly as it did. This had to happen for whatever reason. It's cool...blaming isn't important. There WERE undercurrents goin on here between some of us...me anyway..that had to be resolved. It wasn't gonna work(for me) continuing on feeling pissed just under the surface with certain people.I can't live like that...being pissed at someone for no real reason.
You didn't start this Kruz...I did with my stupid expectations that everyone ought to just automatically dig my bike.It was childish.I did get overboard with things.Took stuff personally.Stupid...very.
You all're good guys...all of ya.Differences aside.I'm pretty overwhelmed right now with yer responses after what I did here.

Excellent!! So we can all get back to being positive. We all at least have a love for motorcycles in common. You guys say so much with few words.

These forums are interesting. What is shared and how it is reacted to. Somehow I think it is more honest than real life.
Took stuff personallyWe all do. You notice who gets into these fights? I've seeen them come and go and been right in the middle of one one time. It's always the people who post the most frequently. This is a big part of our lives. No wonder things get taken so seriously.

If you decide you don't really want it, Grn, I will take it for you

Hey, nothing wrong with that Greenmeister, we've all been guilty of getting a little carried away from time to time, I think I was the one that over reacted.
I'd say the majority on the forum enjoy your enthusiasm. Even Hub!
C'mon Hub, come on over here and give Green a big hug!
