Romie the way it is set right no the bike auto goes to Track 1. I remembers full power but it throws on the trac 1 every time I start it! My only complaint is toggle it back to track off - everytime I turn the key. Beyond that, best investment EVER!!!

There is an old girl friend that my sons riding that needs some loving,TB's headwork rims swingarm

Swing arm ? how many over ?

a 14r mtr can be installed in the 07,a cam sensor would have to be installed to use the 07 ECU,check your pm

I was reading guys were doing that last year. Never gave it much thought. Well, a little ???? if the motor in my 2010 popped sure that would be the way to go. New motor, new dash is needed must make it fit ?, New wire harness, New ECU = $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ in order for it to work you need it all. For the right guy no problem. You first lol

Sounds like a year no bike and a empty wallet ?

Would it not be much much cheaper to boost it ? End result you would have much more power.

How much does he want for the wheels ?

Send me E-Mail rickromans@rogers.com That pm thing crap IMO as you can't see the convo. Cheers.

No problem, I gave you the flash that was in my bike. For me, I like that TC kicks back in if I forget. Two or three times I left here got into sand in the corners by my house with cold tires,,,, that little bit helped. That was only reason I left a little bit of safety in. OFF it will be, bring her by now if you want ?

Does anyone have STP settings they can post that have worked out particularly well for a 2012/13 14R as far as improving mid-range response? I'm working on a map but I don't have access to a tuner as there are none in the country (there aren't many 14Rs either), so it will mean a lot of hit-and-miss and reliance on the butt-dyno- if I could ride someone's coattails in getting set up I'd really appreciate it.;)

I want that damn Trac 1 gone too. I always start rolling, go to wheelie and cut cut cut cut cut.... ugh.....
stop and flick off. I'll be by for that adjustment too Rick. I'm pondering the Alien Head 2.
I have to be sure to "keep up" with Wolf.

I have to be sure to "keep up" with Marcell.

You guys are mad men. Just remember,,,, you guys dump that bike in Canada's September when pavement gets cold You were warned. I promise I won't say the words " I T.ld Y.o S. that's it for my dad speech. Dibs on the motor lol

The bottom end pull on this stroker motor brakes the tire easily if pavement is not right ???? But I get it,,,,,,,,,,,, It will be done.

gob77, Butt-dyno I know well. You then need an AFR meter so you can download that run. Pwcomder makes the same dyno screen you see at some dyno shop. They have to shove a sniffer up the pipe, change the OE 02 for a pc 02 and then connect up I believe?

So either way, do you see how butt-dynoing and that sniffer> are parts needed to bring a dyno closer to your-butt?

Oh oh Romans, you said "what need not be uttered" and not repeated. Next someone will mention "radar ___!"

I think Beast will keep up, I just want enough to slightly pull ahead!

As I mentioned to him, I was very respectful when he was on another stead. When he got the zx 14 he was very quick to declare the rider weight advantage and then declare it. So seeing as nice guys finish last, no more nice guy! Gloves are off. Once I get the bike back, I'm looking to eat RoastBeast!!!

I'd still leave it at 1, and flash it so you can change it while moving. Shame you cant program it for temperature. Sub 80, TC1 on..

Dibs on the fairings.

I'm sure your bike could benefit from some timing advance, as well as top speed limiter removal. I had the flash done on my Gen 1 too

Timing advance
TSL disabled
redline raised to 1300
speedo recalibrated
stock mapping changed

anything else that you change with your flash Romans?

Redline not raised on Gen 1. No point really. If you look at a hp graph it is falling off before it hits redline anyways... the Gen 2 is the stroker motor so that is why it benefits from that.
Your flies are out though, so for you just some timing advance and top speed limiter removal. You could put your flies back in and pick up some hp on top again though.... lol, then use the ecu to open them sooner and have the best of both worlds.

Cooler running temps.

speedo recalibrated

Sorry but no can do. That would be nice though.

Working on Gen 2008-2011

Last but not least and most important of all to me, Back Fire,,,,, I have been working hard on the issue of decell pop for what seems to me like forever(2007). Ironic this is how I started in the Forum world. Now I'm right Back to square one all over again. Only this time we are packing much better tools. Currently on Flash # 11 after removing the TRE006A from turbo bike. What works here will work for all. I chose this bike as I can data log all info. Plus the Zero Exhaust baffle dumps directly under my Ear. Ugh ! What could be better lol

I'm close but it's not 100% fix,,,,,,Yet
