Going to head out from the cave I live in to work with internet access and watch it this morning. I have no doubts that after watching I will be a believer.

Hey wolf! Gotta chime in here, don't wait to tune your suspension! Just do it now sir! Takes ten minutes and will improve everything! You can always go back to stock and start again. As to your settings, I would guess for your weight you should ballpark start two turns stiffer on rear spring preload and 4.5 lines of preload showing equally on the fork tubes. Start there and you will be a happy camper!

No hub he only disagrees with me because he just postsd he can't see the video yet. When or if he does. ......he'll leave this site!!!!!!! You make the creepiest video's ever man. We'll just wait to see if he can see it. Which I can't figure out why he can't see it.

Isn't it more the art of the insult? Isn't there a little truth to the joke, or else it wouldn't be funny? Lame ass they are, don't the dots connect? Knock-knock. Who's dare? Dare be the whack. There be the whack who? You mean, I make jokes, ride the runner uppers ass eye dissect their answer to them, then, make you work for your question to see the answer?

Does the whack make sense? Just because I pee scentithis way? I am locked in the absolute, I can make just about anything chime and you are still locked up all over again is the absolute variablexposedare right in front of you in so many ways is the charm.

Not my fault it's packagedisway. Oh, you mean hide the kids watching my vid is like mom hiding the dil? The japenese have this penis pee raid every year celebrating a good harvest whatever. Hide the kids!??

http://travel.ninemsn.com.au/img/article/penis/penis-fest.jpg Since they build the bikes, figuredis dil would rub off some I start hacking into their product. Pee is wee on the same page yet? Year going to leave disite because of the jap pee knees culture?

OK, new subject... I don't know about you guys but when I am riding for long times, fast or slow certain songs get stuck on replay in my mind... I find D.A.D - Rim of Hell gets me most of the time... Rim of Hell

Or Awolnation - Sail remix... this one will cause you do dumb stuff...
Sail remix

I love it actually but find when certain songs get going I ride way more aggressively then I should

I wont use mp3 players or anything, I can only image how I would ride if something "mean" started to play, and I am not about to load up and listen Justin Bieber or Micheal Bolton all day, just ain't going to do it... nope.

Or am I just straight up nuttier than squirrel shit?

Pretty tough to top that vid! I did make my own fender eliminator out of a sheet of aluminum, used all stock hardware, painted, installed.

Ran into a vrod today on the highway and was quite impressed with the fight it put up trying to keep with me. Hahaha! I just kept messing with him letting him think I was just slightly faster then when I decided I had enough I let him get around me and when he was full throttle balls to the wall with all she had right beside me I dropped her in 3rd with a wheelie and ran away like he was stading still. Hahaha damn that was fun.

Cbalst, I didn't even know you we're still alive. Haven't heard from you in a good minute and figured the cops found you after the high speed get away awhile back and were sitting in jail. Plate looks good btw.

Thanks nasty!!! I have just been riding! Had to deal with some family stuff. Lost my brother on the 7th. Riding was key in keeping me on a mentally even keel in a time of chaos. I read all the posts in the evening and morning when I usually do. But I wasn't ready to post yet. I'm good to go and got the bike all detailed for this morning! Coffee's on, life is good. We need to all appreciate it.

Nasty, a VROD tried to race you ? are they really that ignorant ? I had a harley rev his engine at me at a light the other day, decided I had enough of his stupidity and nailed it when the light turned green and left him in the preverbial dust, I was only in third gear when I looked in my mirror and saw no one behind me ...

Whatbis it with these people ? also noticed dodge chargers do this, especially the super bee's ..

Oh what a day. Grandma (my wife - yeah I'm an old dude)spent the day with grandkids and gave me the green light to take a ride. Stopped in Markleeville, CA, for a restroom break and granola bar before assaulting one of the best 18 miles of twisties anyone with a passion for two wheels could hope for. My busa buddy couldn't make it today so it was just me and the Black Knight. It was one of those days that I decided to scale it down a notch or two and see just how smooth I could be all the way through this wonderful, scenic drive. Where as we normally are shifting between 2nd, 3rd and 4th and going balls out, I left it in 4th and just enjoyed the smoothness of transitioning from left hand to right hand curves, all the while enjoying that wonderful hum of 1441cc's quietly at work (stock exhaust).
On the trip home on Hwy 395, I was cruising along minding the speed limit and my own business when all of a sudden I see the lights of a sports bike rapidly approaching, weaving in and out of traffic. He got next to me and I could tell it was a 600 of some sort with the high pitched scream of after market exhaust piercing the air. As he went around me (a real squid, shorts and tennis shoes) I instinctively gripped the throttle tightly and could feel my left foot move towards the clutch lever...................by this time he was still doing at least 20 miles over the limit and continuing to weave in and out of traffic. I finally came back to reality and released the grip on the throttle and continued on at the posted speed limit. I know most you guys are wise enough to realize there is a time and place for spirited fun and a semi-crowded highway is not that place.
Anyway, I'm really loving this beast or kitten, chose the mode to fit the mood and she'll be willing to accommodate!
Ride safe my friends! I hope I can still be doing this years from now!

Had some dude in a tricked out Scion (loud ass fart cans & all) toy with me the other day @ a light & hwy.

I did not get tempted & continued on my merry way.

Gently rolled the throttle & poof! gone...

A Scion? C'mon...

Why cagers do this is a headscratcher?

Cblast I'm sorry to hear of your loss. I hear ya, riding is all about alone time to think and sort things out in the world. I do all my best thinking on the seat of a motorcycle. Never any earphones, always just the engine, road, wind noise, and my thoughts. It's peace on two wheels. Total nirvana.

Cczx14r- I strongly agree with you, I might still be a bit young and dumb at the ripe age of 27, but when it comes to messing around there is always a time and place for it and in traffic ain't one of em. This monster is fun though, ain't it? I love how its only as mean as you want it to be.

Got 800 miles in this weekend and damn am I outta shape or what! My arms and ass are killing. I need to keep conditioning myself like that if I plan to make 1000-2000 miles in 3-5 days max round trips this summer. A different seat is definitely in order.

Nah, I don't need anything too fancy. What I really need is a little more cushioning up in the front. I practically sit on the tank I ride so far forward and there doesn't seem to be much up there for support on long rides.

Hub, for sure,

It does sound like a 14 Nation Line, Hubber, that's a great tag line...

Cblast:
Totally ok to vent here brotha, man I can't tell you how tough it is to loose someone close. I lost my Dad, in 2010, we had a rocky relationship and I didn't tell him what I needed to before he left this earth.
Chin up bro!

Nasty age is just a number, us in the 40 crowd are always like wowe, when someone on the second floor has the guts and insight to ride the 14. So good on yah!
