Nice, hub. Run to kruz for supoort now that someone has had enough of your bullshit way of talking down to others with less riding years behind em.

You are a REAL RIDER, lest we forget. And while I didn't read it, you must've really put that 17 year old kid in his place, didn't you!!!!!!!!

Nice.

*Credibility just went to zilch point squat.*
I never had any to begin with in anyway, to an asshole like you. So what's changed?
And why so few words, now? I have given you plenty of material to work from, haven't I?
..........what, did you run out of put-down lines for an inexperienced rider, such as myself, so fast?

Surely you can come up with a few more catchy, memorable belittling lines to further put an ordinary joe schmoe like me, back in my place before I get too far outta hand and too cocky with my shiny new bike that I am inexperienced on and know nothing about........Fuck off,Mr. Pro Moto.

Not much more I can add here, you're obviously going through some kind of mid-life crisis and desperately need approval.

On the brakes there guy. I encouraged the kid to keep riding it. I mentioned how the 14 is that moped-ish and he would have no problems as a first bike. So if that looks like I talked down to him?

And as for you? I more support your effort to quickly learn the sport. I said you were above squidish if you took to trackday and applied it to the street. That's all about safety to me is you are more on your way. It's more the seasoned riders that should begin to trackday. So yeah, I'll put them down for not elevating their old ways being that long in the tooth.

You need to read me in a finer line. Maybe in between them?

Kruz, Hub, Zx,
Man things got ugly since I left this thread. I don't know what to add here other than I respect all of you! No one rider is perfect. I've been riding for 19 years, I definately am not the best, the slowest or the most lucid. I am insane when I need to be, a lunatic when called on, and a poised rider when the police are watching. Having experience is a huge life saving plus and sometimes it allows us to put the ponies on the ground. That said I've met people who have been riding far less and have way more ride than I. Lets remember we are all on here for the love of the bike and the experiences and skills we bring. We are on the same side, even if ZX has climbed on a BMW!

Boyz will be boyz, but lets just say, I am mad respectful of Hub for his PH D know how, Kruz for just being a top dog and cool cat while doing it and Zx for having the balls to pull the trigger on a cool second bike.

Even if you want to kill each other, mad love to you all!

W

Yea Wolf, it's all good man. Hub's right though, the piranha and other comments were insensitive and in poor taste IMHO....but he'll learn...or maybe not. Anyway, with the Hubmeister, if you're gonna talk the talk, you gotta be ready to walk the walk. Peace out!

No problem, Wolfman. But some times these kinda I ride/am better than the rest of you types need to be called out. And this was one of them.

Kruz wrote:

There again, you misdirect what the focus of the entire thread is about.....Yet AGAIN...

For the last time, I said THE BIKE is the best liter bike out there. It is the bike to beat. Period....Not me........ Again, Not me.........

I have repeatedly acknowledged my personal riding inexperience and limitations. What can't you understand about that? Not my walking the walk or talking the talk or riding the ride, but THE BIKE can walk the walk. And does. Repeatedly in fact. And in test after test.....Not me, the bike..............period.

To use your words, either that'll sink in, or maybe not.

Bobby, its not about thin skin, its about some throwing shit at someone personally (see the various names I have been called), yet they can't seem to tolerate it when shit is thrown back. That is the problem with this kind of internet assholes who have made a discussion of motorcycles and twisted it into personal attacks. Everything I stated was regarding the bikes, until others started directing their nastiness at me as a person.

Fuck them. Period.

And that is the last time I'll stoop to the level of such assholes as these kinda guys seem to be. And on that note, I bow out of this thread.

Stoner could ride the duc. Rossi couldn't ride it for beans. The rr could buy a rider and blow away the field but year after year it's a production nightmare. Production bikes in the heat of one closed circle they go round and round where they stop is not on the podium or manufacturers points is points.

If they are going to run an all rr bike championship, then guess who wins that loophole is a champ or a chump bike? I'm looking at it as objective as I can is the championships thru the years is since introduction of that poorduction.

Hub, don't confuse 64 with the facts, totally irrelevant here. This is all about a guy with self esteem issues who can only feel self worth by possessing, what he feels, is "the best" and by devaluing what others own. Hence the need for comments like the piranha and goldfish remark. To 64 it's a zero sum world, he can only win if you lose.

One thing I did notice on the 1000 rr in my 40 minutes of holliganism (God bless my friend at the undisclosed dealership as he gave me his 2011 demo). To ride the zx 14 at vortex speed and to ride the 1000rr at vortex speed, are two different sets of skill. If you want to run with the zx you simply hold on very tight kiss your religious icon and pull hoping to keep the front wheel down, whilst one must be skilled with the BMW. It is a more technical bike to launch and I felt it had some quirky mannerisms, ie the late rush of power. I am not saying the zx does not require skill - all bikes do, I just found I had to pay attention more to the rpm needle, whereas with the ZX I ride by feel and never look down!I had my bike flashed. Toe to toe it would take a lighter rider with more skill to eat my ZX off the line and let's face it boyz they are out there ready to pounce. As for a track machine unless you're Hub or Kruz (I'd get eat'n). The BM is just too manouverable.

Hub,
I forgot to tell you, I'm ordering a dildo on-line! Going to put it in my jacket and if anyone beats me I am going to give it to the victor and say, "Man your ride is all cock!" Then I am going to pull away and not look back!

WolfMeister, part of the problem I had with the S1000RR is directly related to all the magazine hyperbole surrounding it. To be honest, when I rode one I was truly expecting an otherworldly experience and was let down by the whole thing. It came off as a very Japanese feeling machine(good thing), tall, wide, top weighted feel, decent gearbox, stiff suspension, good turn in feel and stability, vibey, coarse engine nature, decent but not overwhelming brakes and mildly intrusive TC.

It felt like a ZX-10 that hadn't been to finishing school yet and had gained 20 lbs it's freshmen year.

These motorags are in business to sell magazines, they do this by splitting hairs and creating controversy where there is none.

Hub, since you brought up world superbike, what is your opinion as to why there are no yamaha's ? I have my own opinions, but would like to get yours and others ....

Personally, I think AMA went to crap, when DMG (asscar) took over and changed all the rules, and Spies and Mladin left, and I dont think the yamaha is the best liter bike by any stretch, its a good bike, as most liter bikes are, but with it being down on HP and the limited things you can do in AMA, I just got to wonder ....

Ya know Carabuser I find that interesting too! I mean, MotoGP has, Lorenzo, Crutchlow and Rossi on Yamaha's and the AMA Superbike has Herrin and Hayes but World Superbike doesn't have even one Yamaha Team? Maybe politics? I don't know but that IS an interesting question!
