They should blow the boats up and kill as many as possible. I wouldn't want to be a one of those pilots who circles back to kill the survivors because that's technically a war crime. I could end up in prison for that. That would be my only objection. Otherwise all the drug smugglers can die and I don't give a rat's ass. I just wouldn't want to risk my own freedom fighting for the freedom of the country.
