I've been a kawasaki guy ever since I started riding motorcycles. I love my 14R, it's been wonderful to ride.

Man you really love this bike don't you? When I was 19 I was close to getting a mustang tattoo of some sort, but had a moment of clarity. At 36 I'm so glad I didn't because I don't really care near as much.
It's very creative though...

Thanks everyone for your kind remarks. I know some people may think it's extreme, but I fell in love with the kawasaki ninja when it came out in the eighties when I was a kid. I love my 14R and tattoos, makes sense to me. Seize the day

Nice man! That's some good work! Looks like you have a lot of time in it. I did kind of the same thing, a tribute to my 10 and 2 of my really good friends that passed away 2 weeks apart. A lot of people that don't do tattoos don't understand. For me, its memories every time I see it :)

Awesome artwork and I think the 14R will be remembered in history just like the original H1. I'm a die-hard Kawasaki enthusiast too. In fact, my first bike was a 1971 Kawasaki 90 G3SS. That bike would top out at a whopping 70 mph--which would destroy even the 125 cc bikes of the day.

Maybe, I doubt it though personally. Good as the 14R is, it's not the leap forward the H1, Z1 and GPZ900R were in their time and now the new H2/2R. It's a bit faster than a Gen1 and a Hayabusa, handles a bit better and will be fondly remembered by those who owned one, me included. A great bike yes but not truly iconic. JMO
