Regarding the camera work:
I used a special boom attached to the top of my helmet - it rotates freely 360 degrees. I edited out the mount afterwards so it looks better.

OK hahah--I saw it on your shadow in the parking lot! So the camera must hang upside down below the boom-then you crop in so your helmet touches the top of the screen. I have to get one of those. That's one more on "my must have but can't afford this year" list.
