Yup. IDK the length of bolt that goes in there but it's one of the longer ones on the fairings. DON'T overtighten these. The well nut expands in a hole in the airbox and the well nut will split if you expand it too much. Also, I've run my bike with one of those fasteners missing but it's a good idea to keep those holes plugged. This is after the air filter. Generally, there is pressure in the air box, not vacuum. I doubt there is a chance anything would get in the hole but best to eliminate all possibilities of this.
