I don't believe it. I would consider it plausible if the gains he is reporting were not so much better than the best systems available have. I also think some of his statistics concerning other systems sounds bogus.

Anything that is new and improved will be tested by the racing community. Just keep an eye on the forums.

I think it's a couple $30 exhaust tips for a car. He just silk screened some high temp paint on it for a logo. That be a nice profit if anyone buys it.

Uh-huh. I bet some folks will buy it though. He must know something that all the scientific types do not. Able to make one exhaust to be "tuned" for multiple power bands. Way I understand things, about as likely as finding the Fountain of Youth.
