Hi there. We have 4 openings at our campsite #132 above turn 6 for anyone interested in camping out with us at the US GP at Laguna this July. Cost is $75 for all 3 days and that INCLUDES food and drinks! You supply your own tent and sleeping bags.
AND anyone coming for the races is invited to stop by for a beer or soda. We arrive at Laguna on Thursday early afternoon and leave Sunday evening. AND, if you are local and want to ride down with us, we can transport your gear in our truck. We will be riding from Hayward (East Bay SF) to the famous Alice's Restaurant for breakfast Thursday morning, then down Hwy 9 and Hwy 1 to Laguna.

yeah Motero, we went to Catalunya in 06. Had a wonderful time. My stepdaughter was working for the Kawasaki MotoGP team at the time and since my wife speaks Spanish, everything was easy. We hooked up with some of my stepdaughter's fan club and they showed us a good time. Had drinks with the data engineer for the Tech 3 team, a really nice British guy.
Would love to get to Europe for more races if I can ever save money again.

If I hit the Powerball, I would ship ALL of you Ninjee pilots to Belgium, specifically Spa Francorchamps. Once installed we would practice for an entire fortnight whilst Hub critiqued our performance, never once satisfied but forging us anew constantly.

I camped at the end of the loop up there for several years in the early 1990s, when it was the USGP and nothing was called MotoGP. So you had the USGP, the EGP, the Holand TT, the GBRGP, etc. etc.

Back then, the 500cc two-stroke monsters ruled, and Wayne Rainey was King.

I've booked a motel room in Salinas that I suspect will be a lot like camping out, but I'd like to come by your area to check it out. We go every year and I've always wondered about the camping there. Sounds like a lot more fun than a cheap motel in Salinas. I'll send you an e-mail before the big weekend.

Another great motorcycle racing is the Bol d'Or endurance race in France. Beautiful countryside, fantastic roads, and the new 3 team member rules mean each rider does 8 hours. It is over when the timer hits 24 hours, whoever has the most laps wins.

Wildly attended by the French, and let me tell you, not a few beautiful women. The only place in France I saw women that beautiful was on the south coast around Nice and Cannes, where they came out of the water looking better than 99% of American women.

Sorry American girls, but being a 10 coming out of the water after swimming in the ocean is hard to beat.

Jbad, yeah definitely come on by. We are there from Thursday early afternoon to Sunday after the races. Look for a grey Dodge Ram truck with a tent in the back. Campsite #132, above turn 6.
