Muzzy M10 Black Teflon

Hey all...

I seem to find myself leaning towards this exhaust. A big problem that I have is that I wear a size 15 boot and when my foot is on the peg my heal hits the stock pipe. Question is...Since this is black teflon do you think that I wont leave any residue on the pipes if that occurs? I mean...this is the stuff they make skillets out of...right?

Google Universal Sportbike Heat Shield and you will find a cool looking heal protector for your exhaust. I know a few other 14 riders had that. Probably works for/fits aftermarket pipe or OEM.

I checked out the Universal Sportbike Heat Shield...I'm really not diggin' it but thanks. I think I will just take my chances...hopefully the Teflon will let my boot slide off like an egg would.

I wear size 11 and have issues with my heel clearing exhausts and swingarms in a race boot (which I wear at all time) on numerous bikes.
Aftermarket rear sets are your best option IMHO.
You'll be able to adjust away from the contact position.
You'll also be without the horrible oem rear sets that the 14 comes with.
