Those are old bikes. I think that first one is priced much too high. It might sell in a year and then again, it might not and then it's another year older. Owning two bikes myself and knowing what a burden it is to own them and what that means as it regards selling, I have no sympathy for sellers of used bikes. I lowball the hell out of them and walk away laughing if they don't accept. Maybe some other lowballer will get the bike for less when the seller understands how much people want to buy a used bike. It's brutal but I know my turn is coming some day.

First one is claiming 230 hp? with headers and PC5? LOL ok... I'd say it's basically worth BV, the mods aren't that extensive. New chain? That doesn't add any value, what goods a motorcycle with a bad chain? There will be someone dumb enough to believe the seller's bs. Hopefully no one will think much of his over 15k invested comment.

Not sure on the second one. Seems high. BV is 7k, is it worth over twice as much with the mods? Maybe worth it to someone that wants a bike for dyno competitions. I'm sure the guy has a lot of $$$ into it. Expsensive hobby it seems like they guy is trying to recoup some of I'm sure his substantial cost for his hobby. Classic paradigm, spend $40k restoring a car and it's worth $18k.
