Are there any footpeg options that give you the stock riding position, but in a more aggressive metal peg? Do the ZX-10R pegs fit?

I'm not looking to buy full rearsets, just switch to regular sportbike metal pegs, instead of the fat rubbery ones we get.

Competition Werks are pretty good, I got the silver ones, but they are not shown in this picture ...
