My '00 Firebird Formula was purchased in late summer 2001, and the twin turbo kit from Incon Systems was installed at ARE or Agostino Racing Engines (winter 2002); which was near Toronto. Both Incon and ARE have been out of business for a long time. I can get into more about the demise of Incon, but a quick google search will provide that.
The twin kit itself was intended to be run at 6psi and make a minimum of 450rwhp with a manual trans car on a dynojet. After picking up the car (which was pretty much stock, clutch and catback); I had it on a mustang dyno locally that reads a bit lower hp due to load differences. There, it made just under 450 rwhp at 6.5 psi. At that time it was a bit lean, so I had bigger injectors installed and a retune. At that point and 7.5-8 psi it made 518 rwhp and almost 560 tq. With my car, Mustang dynos read almost exactly 10% lower than a dynojet. I have been on both the same day at the same location, so can pretty much say this w/o error. In this trim it ran lower mid 11's at around 125 mph and a crappy 60'. Only really ever ran a 17" nitto drag radial, since it was purely a street car. And a heavy one at almost 3900# with me in it.
After that. I gave it 6.0l truck heads (slight drop in compression), LS6 intake, and a 12 bolt rear with 3.73's. At that point on a cold day (35f) it got a splash of race gas, more boost - 11.5 psi, and ran 11.20 at 132mph. Still about 3900# with me in it. was a 1.78 60', IIRC.
Since then it had a ticking noise which come to find out was a casting flaw in the stock cam; I pulled the motor and put in a forged long block (still stock crank). That has just under 9:1 compression, dart heads, custom cam, and 60# injectors. Still needs the fuel system done and a retune. Goals are ??? The limiting thing now will be the stg 1 turbo's (GT 2871?) or the stock fuel rails. A friend pushed his car on the base turbo's to 10.0's at 140. Making somewhere around 740 rwhp at about 17psi. I figure I can be pretty safe and make 600-650 easy, at maybe 12-15psi. But really if it makes 500, I don't care. Its just a car to go cruise in.
Pic. and the second pic is the stock cam that wiped a lobe. hard to see, but the casting was porous and chipped a piece off.
