hey guys anyone looking for a chain break/riviet tool check this out 29.99 with any purchase. reg. 89.99
i ordered it with a can of chain cleaner lol

That's a copy of the Motion Pro kit. It works fine as long as you ALWAYS grind the head off the rivet before you try to press it out. Otherwise you WILL break the pin.

ive done chains without a break and rivet tool but its a several hr job lol using things around the garage worth the $30 for me

i got the best chsain breaker on the market and it cost about what a good chain will cost. you still should grind the rivet down b4 pressing it out. i estimate it required ~ 60-70 ft pounds to push that pin through both plates. if the rivet was still mushroomed, i don't think i would have done it. anything under 1/8" diameter is going to break under that force.

everyone has an electric drill. just use that with a cheap grinder bit from home depot. got a set of 5 for $6.

JMO, for a few bucks more, I may find a 630 size or say a buddy has the trip stalling. That extra stake plate is worth every penny = You gonna enter that kind of money and 50/50 that one job 'shoulda woulda coulda had that chance, is my 2 or whatever that extra sense costs on that stake a bet it's your first job! LOL

I'm pulling swing arm = OEM all the way. Gonna keep Kawi in the black. Keep my rear rim that same way is keep lubing I'm not even close to replacing...

I cut my chain off in less than 5 min with my angle grinder works great plus its good for many things and I have a chain rivet tool if anybody in SW F.L. needs help with chain.
