Help! Need a picture...

of the left side of the bike: the engine sprocket cover area including the routing of the various hoses at the front of the cover. Close up, please.

I also need:

1. clutch cover gasket
2. clutch slave cylinder spacer

The Kawasaki dealer in town went away.

Thanks.

Did you get your spacer? If you didn't know....that needs to be put on a certain way.You see the stepped part on the tangs? That faces OUT.Next....see the LARGER(slightly)tang-the shape of it is DIFFERENT than the other two.See that? That larger length tang goes on the bottom "front" unit hole in the slave. When installed,it will be the bottom bolt(directly under the clutch hose fitting).DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN THOSE BOLTS-you will crack that spacer.

Thanks, Blue. I have the manual on the computer in the shop.

There was a nick in the spacer so before I reinstall the slave cylinder, I'm replacing it. I should have read the manual first... doh!!! I've never bled the clutch before so that'll be fun.

You may not have to bleed the clutch IF you don't remove any lines(You WON'T have to remove or loosen ANY clutch lines...you can just position that piston cylinder face up,and hang it temporarily out of the way).Just push that piston in all the way when reinstalling the slave.Hopefully, you haven't allowed it to push out while doing the spacer install. At least not to the point where you began to lose fluid from the piston gasket.Now...if you've sucked the reservoir fluid down past the feed hole,then,ya...you "might" have to bleed. But pushing that cylinder back before install will push your reservoir fluid back into the reservoir-if it didn't go empty, then it should be okay.
