anyone from HPC board members here? just wondering.

Used to post on HPCs ZX-14 site. I bought my pipe and map from Greg and he was a lot of help to me with technical stuff. I'm sorry he's closed shop. He provided a great service that went beyond just selling aftermarket parts.

I used to post on there sometimes, sites gone now though. Greg took a lot of heat, not sure why, I got the impression he rubbed some folks the wrong way. He claimed he was an ex-cop....maybe a bit of an attitude?

Yeah, I heard there was sort of a conflict of interests with being a cop and having many speed loving customers but I never felt that was such a big deal. I think it was the economy that put an end to HPC. My guess is that Greg and Tara found something more stable. They both put a lot into HPC though.

People did not like the fact he used a forum he paid for to advertise his business and sale products. I never had a problem with it nor did most people after all it was his forum. The guy offered lots of free/meaningful advice, built some insanely fast bikes and sold lots of high end parts to boot.

Yup, I too was a poster there. I was pretty active for sometime. Something was strange about it and I stop. I used the same user name, matter of fact this is the only user name I have. After the first ZX14ninja forum went down, I went to ZXForums and KawiForums. Now that I have found zx14ninjaforums, I have stopped posting on the other forums. I my go back and forth, but this is my favorite!
