I think it may be time to look at buying a Harley. There must be something to it that I'm missing. I mean, can that many people be wrong?

its stock price fell Tuesday on concerns that production problems were hurting the company's profit margins.
All these people aren't living around Harley Hometown. A lot less than a few years ago, at any rate.

It takes a big man to admit he was wrong and I was wrong. I predicted years ago, the Harley fad was a bubble and just like the dot com and housing bubbles before it, one day the bubble would pop. Eventually folks would figure out that they been had and were stuck with overpriced world war 2 relics. I was wrong, stupid people are breeding with each other and begetting more and more stupid people to buy Harley's and ride without helmets.
When the Jap dealers can't give away a motorcycle, Harley doubles it's 3rd quarter profits.....sheez!

ive given up trying to figure it out kruz...just gives me a pain in my head!
Hey Jafo, does this same Harley insanity grip the Irish also? I read somewhere it is becoming a world wide phenomenon.
Yes, but if you wear a do-rag on that Fatboy you will be bad ass!
You've got a point there Privateer, Monday through Friday they could be an average, mousey accountant but on weekends.......lookout...do rag, ear ring, black leather vest and H-D boots. They get to dress up like pirates, it's halloween all year around...LOL!

BTW Jafo, did you make the IOM this year? I hear Michael Dunlop really tore up Superstock on his new ZX-10R.

hi Kruz, yeah, harleys are as popular here as anywhere despite the weather making them even more impractical.....and even harder to clean!! lol
i didn't get to the TT, getting accommodation proved to be almost impossible and then when i got a chance to do the cannonball......well it was a donedeal!
anyway, given a choice between riding my own bike or watching someone else ride theirs, i will always choice the ride! :)
