Lotta sloppy corner entries, translates to a slow exit. Looks like just a Sunday ride. Max velocity over ground would have better been achieved with earlier braking and a smoother setine and earlier throttle pick up and hard off corner drive. Watch a vid of Hub or Rook hitting their lines and you will see the difference. The sharp and choppy results in slow. Flow and smooth results in fast. Seems like to me the rider in the vid wasn't focusing far enough ahead of the bike, getting caught up in the closer focus causes sloppy lines. Cool vid though!

You do know that was filmed in a car thru a windshield at normal speeds. then enhanced for effect. the enhanced part makes for almost like real speed WHICH MAKES IT COOL..I caught myself leaning like if I was on a bike playing a video game on full screen ..

Guard rail or 50 foot drop...tough choice. on that road, you go with the drop.

On the road I have my share of corner entries and exits that are too tight. Also apexes that could have been a lot tighter. With oncoming traffic you're sometimes leaning your upper body into a possible head on collision if you go for an apex close to the center line. Also, we have an awful lot of gravel and dust near the edges of the road in the corners. I felt a little slip yesterday and I was going slow and not really leaning all that hard. Good thing I noticed the yellowish film of sand dust on the road. Eithetr there is some truck driver who is overloading with base gravel or else they are setting traps for me.

Nope! :)) I just assumed it was a bike! :)))

Great vid hub! 'Im a little of column A, and a little of column B'! :)) That green bike in front of you was kinda in ur way till the first stop, several times you were peakin and pokin, I like it! The only little slip I could see came when I think you must have first caught sight of the black SUV in front of you (3:50?), when your vision focus switched positions there was a waggle on the line of entry, as your eyes picked up the angle of the curve again, slight adjust. But it did no real harm to corner speed! ;)

Thanks, C. That's Dogo and his buddy that came out for a visit on the way to someplace else. We hit a local deli, brought sandwiches up to the 'lookout.' Yeah, this guy was pushing his riding partner to keep peddling. So we laughed. He then says, 'You have to be a little dedicated and a little stupid to do this' [bike riding thing]. So, Dogo said he was a little of both too.

Yep, you picked it up. Blew that line behind the car so I just aborted it and it's still says to be smooth and not upset the new line, as if: start from there, clean it up to the next apex, do not go snapping back to the better line. That says tire adhesion over demand = Skidding.

Holy shit! You are right hub! I do that shit!!!! Bad fing habit! I caught myself today and was like! That's a NO NO! Abandon that line once interrupted! My new helmet saying!!!! I am definitely a little of both columns! :))))
