This bike is on display at the Bangkok Motor Expo (I pulled the pic off FB- I'm heading to the show on Monday)- it's got the Ohlins shock, but not the Akra slip-ons I thought the SE was supposed to come with- is this version available in the US?

No Olhins or Akra available in the USA. Japan gets it...not us!

That IS very cool...especially how they've painted the arrowheads on the midfairings there...didn't see that before;)

They dropped the price as well- now it's only $29,000 in Thailand (over a grand less than I paid for my '13)- import taxes kick us squarely in the balls over here (and there's no way to avoid them- bringing in a bike yourself is even more expensive).

went to my dealer and they have the green 2014 zx14, as abs and does come with an ohlins shock....hmmm...may need that shock upgrade...

I loved the early whites. Plain and understated.
I saw the 14 Ohlin's Bike at the recent Australian show and was disappointed at it in the flesh.
The gold is overdone and makes it look hideous in real time.
The flames ruin it and make it gaudy.
I'm glad I didn't wait for it.

Was told today about $10K change over! No way!

Yes got to agree with ya Tarsnakes im rapt with my 2012 ZX14R and Yoshies R77 slipps if I can find the Ohlins XXTT39 rear one I can,t then see much Diff IMO

I saw the 14R in person at the Bangkok show on Monday- it looked nicer than the pics- black faces on the gauges looked cool as well- I ended up putting a deposit on an HP4- I knew I was gonna buy something when I was there.

Tarsnakes, getting rid of those hideous exhaust cannons transforms the bike - both visually and audibly!

BTW, I am not a fan of the 2014 paint schemes. Way too much green intermixed with the black - just my opinion. It almost looks like someone pieced together a wrecked bike from used parts from multiple bikes!

Sure wish I could have gotten the Ohlins tho.

G'day fellas. Have just ordered the Ohlins release. Should arrive at the end of January. Luckily got the Arkrapovic slip ons in the deal.I think the bike looks better in real life than in photos. I really like the white.

Those Two Bros pipes look good NeedForSpeed, as do mine. Yours however look parallel whereas, no matter how I fiddle with mine, they point at slightly different angles :(. After a track day my connector pipes are now more of a dirty gold colour too.

Any write ups on the gains (if any) with the rear Ohlins? Can we buy these aftermarket?
