Though my monitor is getting darker buy the day, that accent on the tail section is a nice whatever it looks like, that is a nice two tone.

I walk the bike, we might see some outside changes, maybe, Inside, you know they've been fine tuning that bike some subtle way(s).

The new Connie gets traction control,heated grips,tank bag tie downs and "improved heat managment!!!

Me likes the Titanium/Spark Black one--$13+...? a tad steep.But probably MORE refined now. A while back-last year I think,there was a "rumor" of a zx1500.The pic was on a Japanese website,some magazine-can't remember the name-something kinda funky.If I didn't know better-I swear that Concours "new" body work is a replica of that pic!If I can find it,I'll post it up.Amazing!!

Yes, the black/silver looks good. Cost = $13.7. Wonder if anything else changed besides color and increased costs?

It's pretty cool how they can make the profile of their bikes "change" with a paint job.If ya look at that top one there-the rear cowl and turnlight/fairing.Now look at the RED one-notice anything?Those flames on that black one-VERY cool-looking at the whole thing-looks like the bike is "on fire" as it's rollin along!

OOOOOOOoo- that black and silver - how i love black and silver. Even makes the stock exhaust look pretty good in profile. I'm sure there are no performance updates. We can all rest easy for another year.

If you read the long description of the 2010 ZX14 you won't see any "new" features. When the 08 came out they made of point of mentioning "new" features, even if only in passing. For 2009, nothing but paint. For 2010, nothing but paint.

The first indicator this is true in the real world will be when PC5/map packages start listing as 2009-2010 with no seperate selection for 2010, meaning nothing has changed since 2008. Fuel Moto and Brock have admitted the PC5 map for a given exhaust system configuration is the same for a 2008 and a 2009, assuming no other mods.

I expect we will see the same with the 2010.... just new paint.

Given the global economy, the still-rising unemployment rate in the US (if not Kawk's largest motorcycle market, then close to it), and financial pressures on Kawk (hence, retreat from MotoGP and only token support in World Superbike), it is unlikely the ZX14 will significantly morph even for 2011.

If the company's finances improve, and the consumer economy improves, we are more likely to see a whole new line.

I agree Privateer, I dont think you will see an updated other than emissions zx14 until 2013.
