Differences between standard, ABS and special version

I'm looking at upgrading my 2008 ZX14 to a 2013 ZX14r and was wondering what the differences between the 3 versions are, is it just the ABS and a flash paint job or is there more?

That is correct. When looking at any model, go to the front fender, read the sides. One says K-skid alone. The other will say ABS, whereas K-skid is automatically standard equipment. Paint and ABS are not.
