darryle, I got my zaust hanger from 2WheelWorks.

Looks like they are out of stock but here's link you could call the guy to ask when he will make more.

Damn, if I didn't forget to weigh the 2WW hanger before mounting it!! My guess is about 4-5 ounces. Less than a brake lever.

Here's a pic

Some day here soon I will add up every weight loss mod I did. Problem is there are mods that add weight to. Robbing Peter to pay Paul.

roflmao @ hagrid

You guys and your weighing everything. Jeesh if it was a 400 pound track bike, 3 pounds would matter.

But not for a 600+ pound killer whale street bike. 3 pounds won't even register a change on an accelerometer.

When I did all the stuff I did to my 2008, I dropped, what, 60 pounds or so? And it was hardly, if at all, noticeable.

Though the CT-Duals made enough more horsepower over stock to be easily noticeable.

The ZX14R that joined the 200+ mph club last year, wasn't it at the Texas Mile?, the one Brock tuned. They didn't bother with much weight reduction. It didn't matter all that much.

C'mon, Privy---You can' tell me 60 lbs doesn't make a dif!! I noticed a HUGE dif as soon as I switched to a full system and that was nowhere near 60 lbs.

I believe I will have dropped about 90 lbs off my bike by the time I get my wheels switched. I really need to go through and add this stuff up.

I will say this, though: after the big drop in weight switching exhaust, I did not notice the other weight loss mods right after doing them. Not even the high riding -8lbs I got with the Shorai battery. After a big weight reduction, the smaller ones are not so obvious but I believe if you could do several smaller weight loss mods, the sensation of getting on the bike immediately after would be similar to how it felt when the aftermarket exhaust was first installed.

As far as accelleration, That's for drag racers and if you don't race, you will never notice the .01 second (or whatever minuscule increase it might be) you gain for every pound you shed. What you will notice with 10-20 lbs weight diff is braking and cornering control.

...and getting back to max acceleration (if you do race) you don't know how much that extra tenth of a second means until you see a guy with a +.1 second advantage jump out in front of you by 25 feet. That to me is an ass whuppin'.

Nope, it was hardly noticeable. And I've been riding so long I have a fairly reliable butt dyno too.

Even after a year and 12,042 miles I'm still comparing my Ninjee to my RoadStar. As you can surmise I keep saying, as early as this last weekend, Holy McF*ck!!

Priv, have to disagree with you..I had my 07 down from 555 wet to 500 wet,it handled better and definitely felt lighter. The 2012 is down to about 530(not yet weighed),after break -in I changed from stock rims to BST's and corsa's ,huge difference. If you take two 14's one with a 50lb loss and just wheel them around a garage you will notice a difference
