I very rarely carry a passenger on my bike. But as much as I hate doing it there are times when it's just unavoidable. Have any of you used the "Grip N Ride" Belt or the "PowerMadd Rider PM81070"? What do you reccomend?

Great timing on this thread... I was looking for something like these just the other day. I noticed there's also this one as well which looks similar to the other 2:

I like the "PowerMadd" one for the fact that there's nothing in the front that could break loose leaving the passenger SOL. It also looks like it has 2 sets of handles (1 set on the sides, the other in the front) so depending on how long her arms are or how big you are there's options available. However I think trying to use the clips behind you with riding gear on wouldn't be that nice.
Conversly the "Grip N Ride" belt is probably what I'd get as I'm looking for something like this when my son is older and I want to drop him off at daycare so the handles at the back would be perfect for him.

There is also another option:
I imagine the harness will be more relax for the passenger but harder on the rider. The PSR option would allow for a more spirited ride!

Far weaker that those tankgrips!!!LOL!
I'm okay, Grn. As long as they don't start making those tankgrips vibrate or nuthin, I think I can convince about any girl mine's better.

Nightmare: thanks for the link.
Rook: thanks for the laughs, lol
Mad: at this point I have no choice but to get one of these passenger grips. lol
Dragking: In case of an accident, the PSR option looks kind of dangerous to the family jewels, lol
Grn: the purple monster is the BMW S1000RR of 20 year old drag racer Dystany Spurlock. 8:46 seconds in the 1/4 mile @ 158 mph. She is also chasing a couple of Bonneville land speed records.
This picture was taken at the International Motorcycle Show in Washington DC last weekend.

OMG....what a beast..you rode this thing did you?
I wish, lol You'll be surprised how many young females racers are out there, and we barely hear about them. Take a look at Chrystal Dickerson. She is going to be exhibiting her bikes at the Motorcycle Show in NYC in two weeks. She is only 28 years old, and drag races a ZX-10 and also a ZX-14, yet we barely hear their names. This might still be a male dominated sport, but young women are making mark.

I've used the love handles model, it works really well, fastens with a lap belt/seat belt buckle. You really don't even notice it while your riding.
