Yes, I agree. and at the same time i really think you need to just go through this....youknow? as painful as it is, you would not want to give up an hour of your pain right now. Its an important process. You have only memories from here on in so just do what you are doing and roll through iot and experience it. I am very glad if being here helps in any way. I grieved friends I lost in Vietnam, friends I lost on 9/11, my father, and the best gun dog I ever shot ducks over.

I just say this because I want to say again, its a process. Let it wash over you, Grn, and just accept the way it feels.

Nothing else you can do about it. You can't drink it away, you can't fly to OZ and lose it, you can't talk it away, so just accept it and how you feel.

I never forgot my fallen soldier friends, and there is to this day a painful hollow void in my heart where they were yanked away from me, and it will never fully heal.

But what happened to me each time, is eventually I woke up one morning and didn't hurt about it anymore.

And so you will to, be assured of that.
