BlkCasper is back.

Well a bubby of mine bought a 2013 zx14 brand new from same dealer I was trying to get my 1st 2012 green zx14r from. I wanted the candy green but they couldn't get it so I went elsewhere. Hey got the white one about 6-8months later and didn't treat her rite. Spun a rod bearing. Well I got her at a good price and here we are.

Any idea why the rod bearing went out or just one of those things?

I'm in. Sotherrn Cali. Manteca. Guy I got it from ran it low on oil as best I can figure out. Was 2 quarts low on oil when i got itr

hmmm- low oil on a brand new bike? Maybe he didn't put enough in when he changed oil. If you don't find evidence of a leak, it might be the easiest thing to just replace the whole motor.

Motor has been totally gone thru. Had crank machined, new rods and pistons. Good to go.
