This morning I had B2 Dynoed and am pretty pleased with the numbers the big bitch gave off. Max HP at back wheel was a respectful 173.9 HP. No wonder she is a handful out the road. Very happy boy!

Headers and ECU flash will boost the numbers... Not that it's needed lol. Get you to the other side of the island a lot faster hahaha

New to the 14r and it's real world dyno #s but thought the 12+ 14r laid down in the 180's in stock form ? Not that 173 is bad just curious . I know each dyno can be different too.

Mate my mechanics 12 runs 152 HP which isn't bad. His dyno is pretty accurate and pretty honest.

Hey Dutch.
Photo bucket should let you edit and resize your photo to 800 x 600.
This will let us see the full graph.
It does seem a little low for this model.
They should crack high 180 to a low to mid 190.
They can suffer on the dyno from safety map interference.
I went within 2 hp on 2 different dd dynos. It was 190 to 192

they all are dynoed at the factory and they don't leave unless they are within a few hp of one another. 14r owners all have the same raw material to work with...but dif day, dif weather, dif dyno...maps... pipes...all you can really use the dyno numbers for is testing before and after mods to give you an idea of how much the change impacted the power.

Thanks Dutch,
It definetly lost power between 170 and 240 on the road speed.
The AF indicates it flooded it with fuel when maybe the STPs opened up
Is it still the stock ECU or has it been flashed by someone.
It seems to still be speed restricted.
Unrestricted on a 42 sprocket they will pull to 318 - 320 depending on where you set the limiter.

Rook, They can suffer from lots of issues. Safety Maps is the main culprit.
Clutch slip will show up as well with a used clutch.

you mean a worn clutch won't fully engage the motor to the final drive? I figured an old clutch would slip when the lever was pulled in but didn't know that they would slip with the lever released. Obviously that would rob some power.

Over 15000ks yet Dutch?. Standard Clutch Pack..
