I crashed my zx14 a couple of weeks ago. The damage is mostly front and right side plastics. Luckily, the radiator and aft wasn't touched and the forks seem to be ok. I have a couple of questions......first, the lcd and speedo are fine......the tack got dirt in it and is no longer functional. I saw on ebay where you can just buy the case for the speedo/tach/lcd. I was wondering if anyone has had experience with it and if just the tach can be purchased. Second question, I found some parts removed from new 14's that seem to be ok in price. Does anyone know where other good sources are for nose cowl, mirrors, lights, and right mid/lower?

Thanks guys.....I missed a curve in Arkansas.....met a blind curve with a little too much speed, an oncoming car, and wet pavement. It was just stupid on my part.....bad set of circumstances but totally my fault. I couldn't hold it and went off the high side of the curve.....I broke my collarbone and am pretty sore, but, overall got pretty lucky that there wasn't anything in the ditch (trees, posts etc). I was initially pissed as it is a new bike. But, the bike actually came out better than it could have also. The forks are ok, radiator wasn't touched.....tank somehow wasn't touched.....even the Yosh exhaust is ok. It's basically the front and right side plastic and, unfortunately, the gauge cluster was torn off and hole in the clear plastic of the cluster. The speedo and LCD are ok but tach needs to be replaced.......

I have had my 14 for two weeks..You can get squirrely
in a hurry with either the gas or the front brake! Lol
I see There are plenty of clusters but they aint cheap ,$500 or so ,on eBay.
and Worst case ,you csn buy a full body off eBay,also about $500.
Feel better and get back on the horse!
