Why wouldn't it be?All the lamps work probably...he's got his plate clearly visible...the bike isn't overloading the GVWR most likely.Probably has his rear seat belts nicely strapped around his 'kid in the back';)

Only issue I see is that it might not have a tag light, but I wouldn't give it a second look...other than the fact it's a Civic with a bike in the back. :)

I think what is illegal is the rear bumper being cut like that and no light for the plate... Anyone know what state that license plate is from?


After 3 seconds of full throttle, everything else on the road becomes 'Oncoming Traffic'...
