I "borrowed" Okie's pic for this ... thanks Okie! I wondered what red rim stripes and some red around the front turn signals would look like. Hmmm ... like it?
Post up some other ideas I can try.

The fins, calipers, can been done rather cheaply if you want to go this way. On fins tape off first with pin stripe masking tape to get a claean tape edge, Then mask off rest of exposed area with painters masking tape. Lightly scuff area to be painted. Paint with Good quality arisol paint, then spray a coat of clear..
Calipers can also be done cheaply too. Remove all grease, Lightly sand, Use A high temp spray paint. DO NOT get any brake oil on parts..will ruin paint. I did this on my ZX10 a few years ago and it still looks good and is holding up well.
I'll try and post up some pictures,
Custoum decals will also look good..
Or you can got the expensize route and Have bike painted by a professional and calipers powder coated.

You might want to test how the painters tape holds up to being sprayed with a rattlecan. I've used it and the glue side seemed to be melted by the solvent in the paint. It was a mess to clean the goo off and required more solvent. That's something you do not want to have to do near fresh enamel. Not for a couple months with the slower drying colors. Regular 3M manila colored masking tape seems to withstand the chemicals better from my limited experience.

I like the wheels a lot, not so much the signal light detail. The red calipers are a good suggestion as well.

I like the red rim tapes on the white bike. Not so much the turn signals detail. On my 07 14, I used a 6mm silver pin stripe on the fins to highlight them. Red would be nice on that. Just cut the end of the stripe into a rounded pen tip type shape and lay it evenly over the edge of the fins with a little heat from a heat gun/hair dryer. It looked really sharp. It cost about 5 bucks and you can remove it in about 5 mins.
