Hi, I'm a new member from Winston Hills in Sydney. I have a Suzuki bandit 1250sa and a mate was selling his 2009 zx14 at a good price due to money issues so I thought I might take it for a test ride with little intention of actually buying it. I took it for a run and couldn't stop smiling. I still have the bandit which I thought had plenty of grunt but the ninja leaves it for dead. The missus even thinks it more pillion friendly as well. Look forward to sharing information and experience with fellow zx14 riders out there.
Shoey.

welcome Shoey. for a 6-7 year old machine you seem to have a pearl. Remember the man above (Rook) is truly brilliant on all things 14. his video and photo links on 'how to' really are top top class. I said once ROOK stood for Really Outstanding On Kawasaki. Few on here would disagree and he must have saved owners thousands of bucks through doing work they were unsure on. Im one of them!

Welcome Shoey

Hills district is a great place to be in Sydney. I can understand your smile after your first ride on a ZX14. I have been a Kawasaki man all my life but I was totally amazed at how the ZX14 rides, handles and accelerates compared to my previous rides.

A joy to ride.

Cheers

TH

Welcome Shoey,
Yep, I'll always remember my first ride on a 14 years ago.
I have never looked back and dont believe I ever will.
Get up to the Old Road at Brooklyn and teach those Busa'a a good hard lesson...

Did that on Saturday with my mate on his 1987 GPz900. On Sunday went up to Grey Gums on the putty with the missus, Weekends don't get much better! Except for the double demerit worry!

Welcome to the ZX-14R Brother/Sisterhood (hey they're out there)

I tell people what kind of fun I have on my bike. They tell me they have all the same fun and whatever. They just don't know.
