I know most of the guys on here are from the US, but I am gonna ride out to my parents property in Golden, BC for a week. Has anyone done any riding around there other than the Trans Canada or HWY 95... its a long shot but thought I would ask!!

go to blackfoot and pick up the destination hwy map not the book and go from there. From golden I would ride to revelstoke to shelterbay to nakusp to needlepoint to vernon north of vernon and down the other side of the lake to 97C to merrit and take the 5a to kamloops and make your way back to golden. feel free to call me 403 337 8685

That looks like a good route!! Gonna map that out on Mapquest... To get there I am gonna ride south to longview on the 22 all the way to the hwy 3 to cranbrook and then up hwy 95 into Golden be bout 6 hrs or so according to Mapquest... So I think I wud cut it shorter I wud just go north threw Vernon up to #1 and then back to Golden... Dunno if wifey will let me be away from the trailer and the lil guy for mor than that!!! That route is 10hrs according to Mapquest, probably shorter on our bikes!!

If your'e going that way head to the balfour ferry up to aninsworth (gorgeous downhill hairpin on the way) to new denver to nakusp to shelter bay to revelstoke to golden . The destination hwys maps and books are excellent, stop by if you would like to see them
