Finally got my dream bike ;)

Whats up everyone, newbie here to the ZX14 scene.... finally, lol... And very excited!

Ive been riding an '02 Honda CBR 600 F4i, but have always been fascinated by the 14 ever since I laid eyes on one, and promised myself I would get one someday.
So after months and months of searching and finding something that was not Green (sorry not a big fan of it, lol) and over priced, I then found a 2008 ZX14, black with a midnight blue flake, with just under 8k miles on her, came with a full Sato exhaust system, power commander V, custom rearsets, sliders, risers, custom seat and a few other extras.

I got her for sport touring, I just couldnt see myself on a cruiser, not yet atleast (i'm only 30 haha)

I'm located in El Paso, TX and love to cruise the West Texas and Southern New Mexico area often... If there is anyone from El Paso or Las Cruces here, let cruise!

Welcome! I've only had mine for about 1500 miles (a month) but it has become clear to me that given the basic regular maintenance, check the oil, clean the chain, just ride the shit out of her.

She's a clockwork missile.

Congrats and welcome! Put a pair of bar risers and throw a set of saddlebags on and you're ready to tackle anything Texas or any other state can throw at you. Enjoy!

I forgot to add that I have risers on there as well, but yeah i need to get some saddle bags.. actually a tail bag since i have the sato high mount exhaust... i have a brand new pair of nelson rigg saddle bags i used on my F4i but they wont work on the ZX now... might have to put them up for sale on craigslist on here for someone to pick up... they are brand new lol
