Nice pic man... I really like the contrast of the cutting edge technology and the Antiques sign in the back ground!

Thnx!Yeah...I never noticed that sign there until after I loaded into my PC.Kinda cool. That's my little 'rest stop' when I take some 100 mile rides...sit there and have a cigar and a Java.Peaceful....Clears the head that's for sure...great roads going and coming from there.Lots of nice curves and nice smooth pavement.

Very nice, Grn. Motorcycles are flipping awesome! And this 14R is by far the best I've ever had the luxury to saddle up on.

Yo Wolf, a little off topic here, but who's windscreen do you have on there and how's the fit? Just curious, a black or smoked (I want to still be able to see through it) windscreen is the next improvement of the week I want done.

Brethren,
I bought that ZOX helmet to "Hot Dog," I have an ARAI for highway duty, but when I am scouting I wear the ZOX. I custom fit it with a sawblade Mohawk and a mirror (or horizon) tint screen, also avail from ZOX. Mirrors look awesome against white, whereas smoke is nice for darker colours.
It's a phenomenal mirror screen, excellent in the day, seeable at night. I have an eye condition (floaters) I have so many of these floaters, that if I don't wear shades - all I see is floaters and I can barely see. So I went with the mirrors.
Who ever made your helmet contact them for the windscreen, some call mirrors smoked, some mirror, some horizon. I definitely recommend them. You'll love it.

Oh snap, I am an idot, WINDSCREEN, I went with Zero Gravity - SMOKED!
Do NOT BUY ANYTHING ELSE - trust me, PIUG is shit, get the ZERO GRAVITY this is the second bike I have had it on. The fit was AWESOME - like a glove. They make windshield's and windscreens for fighter jets and stuff. ZERO GRAVITY is the only company I put on my bike. Several variations are available, a tall touring and one that "breathes" with holes in it. I got the standard. Don't waste your time with the tall or touring they make the bike look like a...wait for it...dare I say....sacrilege "tourer!" I know all you touring buffs - your going to correct me, it's a hyper bike with touring capacity. I bought this bike NOT TO TOUR but to waste everything I can on the road. Bit off topic, hope it helps...

Thanks, Wolf. Zero Grav is a good brand. All I need now is an auto tint shield for the helmet so I don't have to switch screen when I ride at night. Usually I leave it open at night and eat all the bugs.

Every time I just walk through my garage I can't help but marvel and feel great looking at my 14R. When I bought my first street bike in 1978, never could have imagined I would own/ride a bike like this.

Man it's cool reading posts like this on this forum. I've had my bike a little over a year and a half, and every time I see it I still pause a moment and appreciate what an unbelievably sexy machine it is. I occasionally think I should get me the newer model, but my green '09 is just so amazing... couldn't be happier.
