I purchased a voodoo shorty exhaust and i am ready to intsall it. Do i NEED a power commander or is it just recommended? I want a shorty exhaust because i just dont like the big factory pipes. Are there any other recommendations for shorty exhausts?

I am leaning towards the Yoshi R55 stainless steel, which I think looks killer on the bike. I do love the shape of the muffler and the etched in ZX14R, but its only one sided. But given the enormous cost of a full dual system, I think I can live with a single side full exhaust.

Having experience with my 09 with both slipons and full system.Full system is lighter and more powerful.I had a 2 Bros slipon. And I only had it less than a year.I was sorry I bought it.With a full system you can expect over 200 HP.
I allways liked the look but it's your bike.Me I like lighter bikes that are more powerful. But you will need a PCV for a full system. My buddy has a new one and it's so quiet it's weird. But it's more powerful then mine stock which is scary.Anyway you go you can't lose.
