I sent him 300 dollars through paypal for a Gen 1 tune for my ZX14. The ECU was sent out and arrived at the location yesterday 12 o'clock. I have sent him countless emails in regards to this purchase and haven't gotten a response. Has anybody dealt with CBlast before and did you have problems getting in contact with him or problems with your tune?

I've dealt with him twice with no problems. 1 day is a little early to panic lol.

Agreed I'm sure you're anxious but seems a little early to start freaking out.

Haven't heard from him in a while here but I doubt he has become a swindler. I'm sure he'll get back to you. Just about everyone loved their C-flash but there have been a couple complaints. Flashing isn't rocket science. It's putting a bike on a dyno and changing the fueling according to an exhaust sampler. All tuners go for the same AFR so there is no one who has a magic tune. They all produce the same AFR and they are all pretty similar. At least that's what I'm told. I'm going with self tuning the old fashioned way. If you have about $1200, you can do this with the Gen1 and get the same or slightly better results than a generic flash. As far as I can tell, the Gen1 doesn't benefit from a flash more than self tuning with PCV and Ignition Module unless you want to leave flies in and tune them with a flash. The Gen1 doesn't need a rev limit increase. The tuner's fueling should be almost perfect but self tuning will be spot on. IDK if Cblast tunes timing but timing is significant. Some tuners don't mess with timing and you go with an ignition controller instead. Once you flash, your tune is hard wired. You can only change it with modules or reflash. So my thinking is why not just use modules from the start if you will be fiddling with them after a flash anyway? All depends on how much you want to fiddle with electronics.

Well I leave out for bike week tuesday and I have been messaging him since monday when I paid for the tune. So its not just one day.

I was going to say the same as Rudy.
I have the Cblast flash and am very happy with it. Sebastian aka Cblast hasn't posted on here in months but I don't believe he would turn swindler either. I've met him and he impressed me as someone who genuinely wants to help people improve their performance.
I think he is the rider and it is his bike that was used to collect the data for the Cblast flash. Him and Nels cooperated on it. But I think ultimately Nels is the author of the flash. Sebastian can flash your ecu or Nels. I was in Nels shop week before last but forgot to ask about Sebastian. I did see them shipping out flashed ecu's though.
Give Nels a call. He would probably be your best bet for info.

I have a spare ecu flashed by Cblast. You're welcome to barrow it if you want. It's a 07 California ecu.

Still didn't get in contact with CBlast. I hope all is well with him, but Im going to have to open a claim. Spoke to Nels he said he has had trouble getting in contact with him aswell. Thanks for all of the help.
