Anyone here have good luck with 58cycle? I ordered a Muzzy exhaust from them on June 9th. They told me it would take 2 weeks. Today I got an e-mail from them saying it will be 7-10 more days, if there aren't any problems. That's some pretty terrible service. I was just wondering if anyone ever had this problem with them. I know I'll never order anything from them again.

I ordered my muzzy exhaust from them an received it a week later. Pretty satisfied.. in situations like yours it's probably the manufacturer that is the hold up and not 58 cycle. If it was on hand it would be out the door to you asap.

Ordered Akra headers. They came as promised. Agreed prob manufacturer is the cause for the delay.

Ordered my Muzzy dual stainless black slip ons from 58cycle on May 14 on it was delivered May 19 ... so I bet yours was out of stock, maybe even out of stock at Muzzy.

Also, when I had problems installing mine ... didn't use the OEM gaskets whoops so bent the mid pipe flanges inward ... I called Muzzy to ask if needed could I buy just the mid pipes. He said sure I could but they don't have any right now, and that they only make them in batches and so it could be a while.

+1 I ordered my carrazzeria wheels from them (best deal in town on CZ wheels, sort of a secret, call 58 if you want in on such a deal).

It took months for the wheels to come but I called a few times and I was patient. I wanted those wheels so I was not about to cancel the order. I think it may have been 10 months. 58cycle contacted CZ and assured me the wheels were coming. They came. LAST set of Tri-Rs made for the 14 as far as I know. I wouldn't be surprised if CZ had to make one last set just for me because the product was still online when I ordered. I'd trust 58cycle again. They came through for me in the end.

Yes mokaw, I have been stung by them terribly, but their disgusting response I was going to post separately as a warning to others, and I still will. I ordered a Clear Alternatives tail light from them last August (10 months ago), and to date they have sent me 4 defective and damaged lights, and have recently refused to send me one that actually works. This is after paying for 1 light plus shipping to Australia, then being made to buy another light and pay another shipping charge to replace it. After around $230.00 so far, I still don't have a light that works. This is their latest response.

I can’t do anything else for you. We tested the light and it is being damaged in shipment.
We haven’t had more than 4 of these tail lights defective in the last 3 years. I would seem silly to continue this.
We have lost over $100 sending lights to you… Do you have a ebay account? You can buy on ebay and it will ship through them, a different method than directly from us, or I will offer 1 more light and you can pay for freight and choose your carrier (and send us a pre-paid label).

They seem to think that I should continue paying for defective and damaged lights, with no guarantee that I'll actually be sent one that works. They have also upped their shipping on eBay to $128.95. I'm pissed that I've given them so much money already, and I'm not about to give them any more until they do the right thing.

Got my black M10 Muzzy and my white brake lines from 58cycle and it came on time. Never had any issues with them either.

Carabuser, it wasn't the black. I guess I should've learned from my previous experience with them. I ordered Muzzy slip-ons for my 2012 ZX-14R. It took exactly 1 month from the day I ordered them before I got them. I was supposed to have this pipe at my door this past Monday so last weekend I took all the plastic off my bike and took the whole exhaust system off so it would be ready to put the new one on. Who knows how long it will be before I get the new pipe. 58cycle shouldn't make promises to customers if they don't know that they can keep them.
So, I've got some Muzzy slip-ons laying around. Anyone need them?
