Just got home from working 6 weeks in Newfoundland, threw the suitcase in the house and went to sit on the bike. Good thing the wife wasn't home to see the first thing I needed! LOL!

Yeah partner I know just how you feel....I don't know what it is with these girls that makes me feel so (good & free ) not sure.....But as dangerous as they may be I feel like I have to ride just so I can be me.....does that make any sense?
In the beginning of the summer my wife's cousin who was a great rider for real was killed on his bike and less than a week ago my brother had his front tire blow and come off the rim and he flipped a full dresser Harley and broke 6 ribs, his shoulder, collar bone and bruised his spleen and had internal bleeding.....He’s going to be ok THANK GOD! But today was the first day I got back on my lady.....and after ten minutes I realized I have to ride........We need to be safe but if it’s really truly in your blood….. You will know….

Bikes are waaay less expensive than women.... after 2 divorces and getting married a third time, I feel that I have made the extensive field tests necessary to claim that this is a fact
If they didnt have the furry magnet, you'd find em stacked 11 deep at the dump

Getting a little burned out on women are ya'? You know you don't have to get married to get laid...tell the gal you're not ready for marriage again, move her in as a girlfriend (or move in with her) and be done with it. Then if it goes south move her out (or move out) without the ugliness of a third divorce If she don't like them apples and its marriage or nothing move on.
If marriage isn't working for you don't make you're life miserable doing it. That just aint no way to spend a life

Sometimes, that ends up being the best way to NOT get laid.
I suppose you understand the process better than most ozjohnno. Sounds like #3 was a charm so Good on ya. I always say, the bike is not the most important part of life no matter what a great diversion it is. A really great patner in life is worth a million bikes.

Has only been a year but I'm thinking about finding this really great partner some day. I'd give up the bike if it didn't work out for us. Had a couple GFs in my younger days that were as much fun as the Ninja. I dare say they might have been just as exciting once in a while. I'm not counting on excitement and performance these days but reliability would be something that would do it for me. Some pretty body panels would sure be nice but I'll take the economy package and leave the V-8 to some other guy who can handle the upkeep.
Meantime, I have two daughters. Wouldn't think for a second about giving up the bikes for them if I had to.
