I was there in 6th grade (so 1985/86-ish?) we lived across the street from that huge park on Church street?, I think was the name of the road. I had a teacher, Mr. G. His name was Goluchio or something like that haha
It was culture shock for me coming from the boonies of Ohio. We did make a lot of money going "stomping" in the golf course ponds and selling golf balls to golfers walking by.
However I did to go to Camp Ockanickon while I lived out there, and while I was there it felt like home. I graduated in 1991, but I have a little cousin who graduated in 1996... If you know any Timars out there, its a pretty unique name LOL
Yeah I used to fly into Newark a lot for Disaster Recovery testing (computer geek here) and every time I walked out to get a rental car it stunk. People for years after I quit that company picked up my habit of walking out the door and saying..."MMMM, ass!" hahaha
