Healtech shift light pro
05/03/26 6:25 PM

All right guys here’s what I have 2014 I bought a brand new Healtech shift light pro. I got power I got ground. It does the right sequence of lights when I turn the bike on so I know those two are right. Now my RPM tach wore. I ran it to every single one of my coils, the green and white, the red and white, the blue and white and the yellow and white. the RPMs do not match up no matter what I do. even if I adjust the setting where you can try to get it right with the “tacho sync” per healtech on the app. it’s at least 1000 RPMs off. Even at idle It’s about 6 to 700 off.

Sidenote, just to take in consideration that I do have the Ryan Shnitz kill time harness on here that goes to my air shifter and auto shift. now my auto shift modular has a digital gauge with the tach reading on it matches my dashboard tach perfectly.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

email Schnitz about it. they've probably ran into the same issue before and offer support on most stuff... sometimes even if you didn't even buy it from them.. There might be some funny business with your spliced in (plug and play) harnesses.

I'm more thinking... if you have all those units hooked up, maybe unhook the units and run the heath all by itself. Still doing the same thing, then I'd call for tech help.

I got ahold of healtech and they said try the pin 21 located at the ecu and report back. I’m gonna try that here in a minute I just got home from work.
