As winter is upon us, I'm not riding due to temps and the white stuff on the ground. But more critical at this point, is my recent knee surgery. I had a cartilage patch implanted and the aterior tibial tubercle relocated to ensure proper tracking of the patella. So, after 45 staples and two hefty screws, my Franken-knee is rebuilt. Better, stronger, faster. (I hope!) I'll also be spending quite a bit more time around here!

Thanks for the well wishes, gents. Both of my bad knees were a gift from an inebriated man in a very large truck. I had been a paratrooper and rugby player prior to this without much trouble. Figures. And I'm dreading PT even if it would be Salma Hayek and Jaime Pressley conducting the sessions!

Heal up bro I know how ya feel though, after my shattered R/H Femur & Patela (only three weeks back at work since June 11 2010)@ least this place and playing with my ZX1400 helped out heaps
