Hey man hows it goin? I live in Barbers Hill also and as a matter of fact I saw you ride your bike into Angels gas station last week when I was getting my oil changed at the Kwik Kar lube. Actually I don't have a bike yet, but I will be picking mine up in Jan. Highlands has two black 08's and as long as one of them are still there in Jan. thats what I will be getting. I have a good friend that lives in the first house on the left when you turn into Old River Country on the canal road. His name is Kevin and he has a black 06 14. He is a great mechanic and loves to work on these things if you need any help with the exhaust change out. He just put a Brocks street meg on his. By the way my name is James and I live in Crown Colony across from the highschool. My wife works at Lyondell for a inspection company called Conam. Me and Kevin are both operators me at Total on Battleground and he works at Bayer in Baytown so since we all are shift workers maybe we can get together somtime and go riding. Small world.

Dude that is freaking crazy! My buddies wife Carol Hyde is the top dog for Conam at the main office. Is he the one with that black tahoe and the mercedes? I live on riverbend you take the first left (pin oak) past your buddies house and take a right on riverbend and I'm like 6 houses down on the right. I didnt know he had a 14, I remember he used to have a yellow sport bike. I was actually in highlands today to grab a gallon of oil and a filter, forget the black you need to get that ssswwweeettt green 09! I'm actually in the process of finding someone to paint mine that color. Ya we need to take em and run down that new section of 99 south of 10

Yea Kevin has three bikes. He has an old beater honda 650 or something, he still has the GSXR 750, and he has the black 14. Lucky dude. I like the green one to its nice. He has me out the door on the black one for 10,000. Mainland cycle center in LaMarqe has a sweet custom bike done up by roaring toyz with a big fat 330 on it and its green. Looks real good but they want like 19,000 for it. Kevin had the butterflies removed from his 14 and said it made a huge difference. He had the guys at east side honda do it for him. I think he said they only charged him like $40.00 to do it. They also tuned his bike for him. He said they do real good work. That new highway 99 looks like it could be alot of fun. I go that way to work and very rarely see any cops.

I usually take the beltway in the truck but when I ride I take 99 makes a 30 minute commie more like 15;)

badzx14r. Thanks for the offer but this is my first street bike. Although I keep all of my equipment pretty well maintaned I will fill alot better having a new one under warranty.

You'll also find out HOW AWESOME having a bike like a zx14 is!!Congrats-hope ya get er.You probably won't need that warranty anyway-I didn't-still don't-28,800 miles-never had to take my bike in for "repairs"yet.
