If you use slip-ons, no need for Power Commander. If your bike pops a lot, PC may help. Slip-ons are not for performance but more for weight reduction and sound improvement.

Actually it's proven you don't need a PCV even with a full exhaust. For one thing, unless you have it tuned the zero map IS just the stock map anyway. And if you want, you can load some garbage maps people made up. Probably better off just having your ECU flashed if you want a few horsepower. But it has nothing to do with protecting your engine from running lean, no possibility of that with stock map anyway.

Yes it is. Two to four horse power if you tune for it. Then begs the question, would you have gotten that gain with tune alone ? More about weight savings along enjoying your new sound.
