Some of these threads on the first page of the forum are from 2009, admittedly some of them are hilarious but what's up?

Hi, Kruz.
It's possible that it's an effect from dealing with the spammers. When I see spam messages, I delete the user and then delete messages that have no associated user. But it seems to leave the last poster's username in a thread blank (because the last poster was a spammer who is now gone) and it probably pulls up the threads from the past that had a spam posting at the end of them (which is now gone).

I always log in and click SHOW NEW MESSAGES. If it's spam, don't see it for long.
I usually try to add to an existing thread if it's under 4 pages and the topic matches rather than start a new thread. That's why I post on old threads and sometimes it starts a new conversation..
