I have been looking at several dyno charts and it is looking like 13.1 to 13.2 AFR seems to be where the bikes are making the most power. Are these good numbers?

AFR Values & Characteristics in Four Stroke Engines
Out of Range:
6.0 AFR - Rich Burn Limit (engine fully warm)
9.0 AFR - Black Smoke / Low Power
Best accel mode number to aim for:
11.5 AFR - Best Rich Torque at Wide Open Throttle
Best Smooth Torque:
12.2 AFR - Safe Best Power at Wide Open Throttle
13.3 AFR - Lean Best Torque
Best Economy:
14.6 AFR - Stoichiometric AFR (Stoich)
15.5 AFR - Lean Cruise
16.5 AFR - Usual Best Economy
Out of Range:
18.0 AFR - Carbureted Lean Burn Limit
22.0+ AFR - EEC / EFI Lean Burn Limit

12 is way rich.
13 and change is more a compromise.
14 is back to better gas mileage.
14.2 is about where stock burns.
16.1 burns with PAIR before the cat.
@ 12 I've never seen the bike's tank empty that fast, but that is some smooth running [the richer].
@ 13 I run at this crispy smooth area. I would have to agree somewhere at those numbers you mentioned.
@ 14 I'd pull the connectors and am back to stock: if I needed to run long distance with few gas stops.

What I and others have found is a gen 1 zx14 likes 12.9 to 13.1 to make best power at the strip NOT dyno .. But for some reason the zx14R likes 13.4 to 13.5 to make the best power at the strip NOT dyno .. It seems funny that the two engines that seem to be close in design use a total different tune ( AFR ), but really the two motors are very different , longer stroke , better combustion chamber, bigger cams and different timing and fueling in the ECU ..
